శాసనమండలిలో సోమువీర్రాజు వర్సెస్ అఖిలప్రియ, టూరిజంపై ప్రశ్నల వర్షం!

అమరావతి: శాసనమండలి ప్రశ్నోత్తరాల సమయంలో టూరిజం అభివృద్ధిపై సోము వీర్రాజు, పర్యాటకశాఖ మంత్రి అఖిల ప్రియ మధ్య చర్చ నడిచింది. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం బుడగల పండుగ పేరిట కోట్లు ఖర్చు పెడుతోందని బీజేపీ ఎమ్మెల్సీ సోము వీర్రాజు విమర్శించారు.

రాష్ట్రంలో టూరిజం పాలసీయే లేదని, బుడగల పండుగ పేరిట కోట్లు ఖర్చు పెడుతున్నారని సోము వీర్రాజు మండిపడ్డారు. కేరళ కంటే పర్యాటకంగా రాష్ట్రం అభివృద్ది చెందే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నా పట్టించుకోవడం లేదని ఆయన పేర్కొన్నారు. టూరిజం అభివృద్ధికి కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 250 కోట్లు ఇచ్చినా లంబసింగిలో కనీస సదుపాయాలు ఎందుకు కల్పించలేదని వీర్రాజు ప్రశ్నించారు.

దీనిపై మంత్రి అఖిల ప్రియ స్పందిస్తూ.. 'కేంద్రం ఇచ్చిన నిధులకు యూసీలు ఇచ్చాం. నిధులు తక్కువగా ఉండటంతో అన్ని చోట్ల అభివృద్ధి చేయలేకపోతున్నాం. జిల్లాకు మూడు కోట్లు ఇచ్చి కలెక్టర్లను ఖర్చు పెట్టమన్నాం. గండికోట అభివృద్ధికి మాస్టర్ ప్లాన్ రూపొందించాం. రోప్ వే కూడా ఏర్పాటు చేస్తున్నాం..' అని సమాధానమిచ్చారు.

Somu Virraju questioned that why the state government not provided minimum facilities in Lamba Singi even after the Rs.250 Cr grant given by the Central Government. In response, Minister Akhila Priya said that they are given UCs to Central Government on the given funds and due to less funds government is not concentrating on all the tourism spots at a time. Akhila priya further told that they have developed a Master Plan on Gandikota development, and providing Ropeway also. She also said that State Government has allocated Rs.3 Cr to the district Collectors for the development of the tourism.
