శ్రీనగర్‌: జమ్మూకశ్మీర్‌లోని అనంతనాగ్‌ జిల్లాలో సోమవారం ఉదయం జరిగిన ఎన్‌కౌంటర్‌లో భద్రతాదళాలు ముగ్గురు ఉగ్రవాదులను మట్టుబెట్టాయి. భద్రతా సిబ్బందికి, ఉగ్రవాదులకు మధ్య జరిగిన కాల్పుల్లో సిబ్బంది ఉగ్రవాదులను హతమార్చారు.

మరణించిన ఉగ్రవాదుల్లో ఇద్దరిని దక్షిణ కశ్మీర్‌కు చెందిన సయీద్‌ ఒవైస్‌, శ్రీనగర్‌లోని సౌరా ప్రాంతానికి చెందిన ఎసా ఫజిలిగా గుర్తించినట్లు పోలీసులు వెల్లడించారు. మరో ఉగ్రవాది వివరాలు తెలియాల్సి ఉంది. ఈ ఉగ్రవాదుల్లో ఒకరికి ఇటీవల సౌరా ప్రాంతంలో పోలీసులపై జరిగిన దాడి ఘటనతో సంబంధం ఉందని పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.

సౌరా ప్రాంతంలో పోలీసులపై అప్పట్లో జరిగిన దాడిలో ఓ కానిస్టేబుల్‌ మరణించిన సంగతి తెలిసిందే. సోమవారం ఉదయం అనంతనాగ్‌లోకి హకూరా ప్రాంతంలో ఉగ్ర కలకలం రేగిన నేపథ్యంలో ముందు జాగ్రత్తగా ఆ ప్రాంతంలోని పాఠశాలలు, కళాశాలలను మూసివేశారు.

హకూరా ప్రాంతంలో ఉగ్రవాదులు ఉన్నారన్న సమాచారం అందుకున్న పోలీసులు గాలింపు చర్యలు చేపట్టారు. అదే సమయంలో ఉగ్రవాదులు పోలీసులపైకి కాల్పులు జరిపారు. దీంతో భద్రతా దళాలు ఎదురుకాల్పులు జరిపాయి.

ఈ కాల్పుల్లో ముగ్గురు ముష్కరులు హతమయ్యారని పోలీసులు తెలిపారు. వారికి తప్పించుకుపోవడానికి తగిన సమయం ఇవ్వలేదన్నారు. ఉగ్రవాదుల నుంచి ఏకే 47 తుపాకులు, పిస్టోళ్లు, చేతి గ్రనేడ్లు స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్నట్లు పోలీసులు తెలిపారు.
