పాఠశాలల్లో గాయత్రీ మంత్రం.. సీఎం సంచలన నిర్ణయం

ఛండీగఢ్: పాఠశాలల్లో రోజువారీ నిర్వహించే ఉదయం ప్రార్థనల్లో గాయత్రీ మంత్రాన్ని చేర్చాలని ముఖ్యమంత్రి మనోహర్ లాల్ కత్తార్ సారథ్యంలోని హర్యానా ప్రభుత్వం సంచలన నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. విద్యావ్యవస్థలో నైతిక విలువలు, సంస్కతి గొప్పతనాన్ని చాటిచెప్పేందుకు ఉదయం ప్రార్థనల్లో గాయంత్రీ మంత్రాన్ని చేర్చాలని నిర్ణయించినట్టు ముఖ్యమంత్రి కత్తార్ శనివారం మీడియాకు తెలిపారు.

'పాఠశాల ప్రార్థనల్లో గాయత్రీ మంత్రం చేర్చే విషయంలో ఒక నిర్ణయానికి రావడానికి విద్యాశాఖ చాలా కసరత్తు చేసింది. విద్యాప్రమాణాలను ఎలా పెంచాలి, నైతిక విలువలు, సంస్కృతిని పెంచేందుకు తీసుకోవాల్సిన చర్చలు ఏమిటనేవి కూలంకషంగా విద్యాశాఖ చర్చించింది. ఆ క్రమంలోనే ఉదయం పార్థనల్లో గాయత్రీ మంత్రం చేర్చాలని విద్యా శాఖ నిర్ణయించింది..'' అని సీఎం కత్తార్ పేర్కొన్నారు. ఈ నిర్ణయాన్ని తాము కూడా స్వాగతిస్తున్నట్టు చెప్పారు.

విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి రామ్ విలాస్ శర్మ సైతం ఈ విషయాన్ని మీడియాకు తెలియజేస్తూ, పాఠశాల సిలబస్‌లో భగవద్గీత శ్లోకాలను చేరుస్తూ బీజేపీ ప్రభుత్వం తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయం సానుకూల ఫలితాలను ఇచ్చిందని, ఈ క్రమంలోనే ఉదయం ప్రార్థనల్లో గాయత్రీ మంత్రాన్ని చేర్చాలని నిర్ణయించామని తెలిపారు. తద్వారా గాయత్రీ మంత్ర విశిష్టతను విద్యార్థులు చిన్నతనంలోనే తెలుసుకోగలుగుతారని అన్నారు.
