సోమవారం ఈ లాటరీ సంస్థ విజేతలను ప్రకటించగా, కేరళకు చెందిన ధనీష్‌ అనే 25 ఏళ్ల యువకుడు లాటరీలో ఒక మిలియన్‌ డాలర్ల(అంటే రూ.6,49,25,000/-)ను గెలుచుకున్నారు.

ఆయనతో పాటు జోర్దాన్‌ దేశానికి చెందిన వ్యక్తి కూడా ఈ లాటరీలో విజేతగా నిలిచారు. ఆయన కూడా ఒక మిలియన్‌ డాలర్ల నగదు పొందనున్నారు. దుబాయ్‌లో ఏడాదిన్నర కాలం ఎలక్ట్రీషన్‌గా పని చేసిన ధనీష్‌.. ప్రస్తుతం కేరళలో ఉన్నారు.

విచిత్రం ఏమిటంటే... దుబాయ్‌ డ్యూటీ ఫ్రీ లాటరీ టిక్కెట్టును తాను తొలిసారి కొన్నట్లు ధనీష్‌ తెలిపారు. లాటరీ సిరీస్‌ 266లో 4255 టిక్కెట్టు నంబర్‌పై అయన విజేతగా నిలిచారు. ప్రస్తుతం కేరళలో ఉన్న ధనీష్ తనకు సదరు లాటరీ సంస్థ నుంచి తాను గెలిచినట్లు ఫోన్‌ వచ్చిందని చెప్పారు.

Two new dollar millionaires were announced at the Dubai Duty Free (DDF) Millennium Millionaire and Finest Surprise draw held today, Tuesday, 27th March in Concourse D Terminal 1 of Dubai International Airport.A 25-year old Indian national, Dhaneesh Kotharamban, became one of the latest US$1 Million winners, in Series 266 with ticket number 4255 Mr Kotharamban bought his first ever ticket in the million dollar promotion a few weeks ago while traveling to Kerala for a holiday. A resident of Dubai for a year and a half, he works as an electrician for Craven Electrical Company and was surprised upon receiving a call of a lifetime from DDF representative.Speaking from Kerala, he commented, “I've never thought that I could win this big at such a young age!
