తెలంగాణలోని 119 అసెంబ్లీ నియోజకవర్గాల్లో ఇల్లందు ఒకటి. ఖమ్మం జిల్లాలో ఇల్లందు నియోజకవర్గం ఉంది. 2014 అసెంబ్లీ ఎన్నికల్లో ఈ నియోజకవర్గం ఎమ్మెల్యేగా కాంగ్రెస్ పార్టీకి చెందిన కోరం కనకయ్య గెలుపొందారు. తెదేపాకు బాణోతు హరిప్రియపై గెలుపొందారు. హరిప్రియకు 33,438 ఓట్లు రాగా కనకయ్యకు 44,945 ఓట్లు వచ్చాయి.

Koram Kanakaiah of INC had obtained 44,945 votes against Banothu Haripriya of TDP who obtained 33,438 votes.
