గుడ్ న్యూస్: ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి మాల్స్, మల్టీఫ్లెక్స్‌ల్లో పార్కింగ్ ఉచితం!

హైదరాబాద్: పార్కింగ్ పేరుతో జరుగుతోన్న దోపిడీ దందా నివారణకు తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం కీలక నిర్ణయం తీసుకుంది. ఇకపై గ్రేటర్ హైదరాబాదులోని మాల్స్‌, మల్టీప్లెక్స్‌, వాణిజ్య భవన సముదాయాల్లో ఉచిత పార్కింగ్ సదుపాయం కల్పించాలంటూ ఉత్తర్వులు జారీ చేసింది.

ఏప్రిల్‌ 1వ తేదీ నుంచి పార్కింగ్‌ రుసుం వసూలు చేయరాదని, కొత్త నిబంధనలు అమల్లోకి వస్తాయని పురపాలక, పట్టణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ముఖ్య కార్యదర్శి అరవింద్ కుమార్‌ తెలిపారు.

ప్రభుత్వ ఉత్తర్వుల ప్రకారం.. మాల్స్‌, మల్టీప్లెక్స్‌, వాణిజ్య భవన సముదాయాల్లో మొదటి 30 నిమిషాల్లోపు పార్కింగ్‌ రుసుము వసూలు చేయకూడదు. 30 నిమిషాల నుంచి గంట లోపు సంబంధిత షాపింగ్ మాల్ లేదా దుకాణాల్లో షాపింగ్‌ చేసిన రసీదు చూపిస్తే.. పార్కింగ్‌ ఉచితం.

గంట కంటే ఎక్కువ సమయం పార్కింగ్‌ చేస్తే.. పార్కింగ్‌ రుసుము కంటే ఎక్కువ మొత్తం బిల్లు/సినిమా టికెట్‌ చూపిస్తే వారి నుంచి కూడా పార్కింగ్‌ రుసుం వసూలు చేయకూడదు. ఈ నిబంధనలు తెలంగాణలోని అన్ని జిల్లాలకు ఏప్రిల్ 1 నుంచి వర్తిస్తాయి.

In a welcome move, the Telangana government issued orders on Tuesday to regulate the parking fee charged by commercial establishments in all urban areas of the state, including Hyderabad. According to the Government Order (GO), visitors of malls and multiplexes can park their vehicles for free for the first 30 minutes, starting from April 1. The GO states that no parking fee shall be collected for the first half an hour, which could be extended to one hour if the vehicle owner produces a bill of purchase from the mall or multiplex.In case the vehicle has been parked for more than one hour and the owner produces a bill or movie ticket which costs more than the parking fee, then the parking fee will not have to be paid, the GO adds.
