ప్యాట్నీ కంప్యూటర్స్ సీఈవోగా ఫణీష్ మూర్తి

ప్యాట్నీ కంప్యూటర్స్ కొనుగోలు ప్రక్రియను పూర్తిచేసినట్లు ఐగేట్ తెలిపింది. ఫణీష్ మూర్తిని సీఈవోగా నియమిస్తున్నట్లు పేర్కొంది. దీంతో ప్రస్తుత సీఈవో జయకుమార్ ఆ పదవినుంచి వైదలగనున్నారు. ప్యాట్నీ కొనుగోలుకి ఈ జనవరి 10న ఐగేట్ ఒప్పందాన్ని కుదుర్చుకున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే. దీనిలో భాగంగా ప్రధాన ప్రమోటర్లు నరేంద్ర ప్యాట్నీ , అశోక్ ప్యాట్నీ, గజేంద్ర ప్యాట్నీలతోపాటు జనరల్ అట్లాంటిక్‌ల వాటాలను సొంతం చేసుకుంది. నిబంధనల ప్రకారం వాటాదారుల నుంచి కూడా 20% వాటాను టెండర్ ద్వారా కొనుగోలు చేసింది. వెరసి ప్యాట్నీలో ఐగేట్ వాటా సుమారు 83%కు చేరుకుంది. స్టాక్ ఎక్స్ఛేంజీలలో విడిగా రెండు కంపెనీల లిస్టింగ్ కొనసాగుతుందని ఐగేట్ ఈ సందర్భంగా తెలిపింది.
