రాజ్యసభలో కేవీపీ నిరసన.. ‘పిచ్చిగాని పట్టిందా? ’.. నోరుజారిన కురియన్‌

న్యూఢిల్లీ: కేంద్ర వార్షిక బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపుల్లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ రాష్ట్రానికి తీవ్ర అన్యాయం జరిగిందంటూ రాజ్యసభలో నిరసన వ్యక్తం చేసిన కాంగ్రెస్ నాయకుడు కేవీపీ రామచంద్రరావుపై రాజ్యసభ డిప్యూటీ ఛైర్మన్ మండిపడ్డారు.

'ఏమైంది ఈయనకు? పిచ్చిగాని పట్టిందా? ' అంటూ కేవీపీని ఉద్దేశించి వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. శుక్రవారం రాజ్యసభ ప్రారంభమైన కొద్దిసేపటికే కేవీపీ రామచంద్రరావు ఛైర్మన్ వెల్‌లోకి చొచ్చుకెళ్లారు.

'సేవ్‌ ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌' అని రాసున్న ఫ్లకార్డును ఎత్తిపట్టుకుని అక్కడే నిలబడ్డారు. నిరసన విరమించి, సీట్లో కూర్చోవాలంటూ డిప్యూటీ చైర్మన్‌ కురియన్‌ ఎంత చెప్పినా కేవీపీ వెనక్కి తగ్గలేదు. దీంతో సహనం కోల్పోయిన కురియన్‌ నోరుజారారు.

'ఏమైంది ఈయనకు? పిచ్చిగాని పట్టిందా? ' (what is wrong with him and is he mad) అని కేవీపీని ఉద్దేశించి కురియన్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. గురువారం వెలువడిన కేంద్ర బడ్జెట్‌లో ఏపీకి నిధులు కేటాయించకపోవడంపై సర్వత్రా ఆగ్రహం వ్యక్తమవుతున్న సంగతి తెలిసిందే.

The deputy chairman of the Rajya Sabha P.J.Kurien fired on Congress MP KVP Ramachandra Rao here in Rajya Sabha on Friday. After starting Rajya Sabha proceedings, immediately KVP went to Deputy Chairm's well and shown his protest against the injustice in budget allocations to Andhra Pradesh. KVP raised a placard which contains a slogan 'Save Andhra Pradesh' in one hand and stand in the well for a while. Deputy Chairman Kurien requested him to withdraw his protest and be sit in his seat. But KVP not at all agreed. So, Kurien shown angry and make passed a comment "What is wrong with him and is he mad".
