ఉత్తర కోస్తాకు చేరువగా వాయుగుండం: భారీ వర్షాలు

హైదరాబాద్‌: పశ్చిమ మధ్య బంగాళాఖాతంలోతీవ్ర వాయుగుండం కొనసాగుతోంది. ఉత్తర వాయువ్యదిశగా గంటకు 20 కి.మీ వేగంతో కదులుతోంది. ఒడిశాలోని గోపాల్‌పూర్‌కు దక్షిణ ఆగ్నేయంగా 400 కి.మీ దూరంలో, మచిలీపట్నానికి తూర్పు ఆగ్నేయంగా 570 కి.మీ దూరంలో ఉంది.

వాయుగుండం శనివారం ఉదయానికి ఉత్తర కోస్తాంధ్ర, దక్షిణ ఒడిశా తీరాలకు చేరువగా కదిలే అవకాశముందని వాతావరణశాఖ అంచనావేసింది. రానున్న 12గంటల అనంతరం తీవ్ర వాయుగుండం క్రమంగా బలహీనపడే అవకాశం ఉంది. వాయు గుండం కారణంగా అక్కడక్కడ భారీ వర్షాలు కురిసే అవకాశం ఉంది.
