డెహ్రాడున్: దేవభూమిగా గుర్తింపు పొందిన ఉత్తరాఖండ్లో సరికొత్త ఉత్పాతం చోటు చేసుకుంది. పవిత్ర ధౌలి గంగా, అలకనంద నదులు ఉగ్రరూపాన్ని సంతరించుకున్నాయి. నందాదేవి నేషనల్ పార్క్ కోర్ జోన్లో గ్లేసియర్ విరిగిపడ్డాయి. ఫలితంగా ఈ రెండు నదలు ఉప్పొంగాయి.. మహోగ్ర రూపాన్ని దాల్చాయి. ఒక్కసారిగా ప్రవాహ ఉధృతి పెరిగిపోయింది. దీనితో తపోవన్ హైడ్రో ప్రాజెక్ట్ ఆనకట్ట తెగిపోయింది. ఈ ఘటనలో వందలాది మంది కొట్టుకుని పోయి ఉండొచ్చనే అనుమానాలు వ్యక్తమౌతోన్నాయి.
